ABOUT ME

My name is OSKAR and I am here to help you to help yourself heal and grow. I am a spiritual consultant, life coach and counsellor (CPCAB in training).

MY BACKGROUND

During my twenties I experienced several traumas that threw me into a state of suicidal limbo between life and death. My mind, body and spirit were in turmoil and constant pain. I was failed by western medicine and have been disillusioned by the promises of organised religion and socialisation.

From these depths I gathered the tools and understanding I needed to grow, heal and awaken as a human being. Since then, I have devoted much of my life to finding the balance of science and spirituality, medicine and healing.
